01 Information We Collect
- Account & order details: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, billing address, GST number (if provided), password (stored hashed).
- Support communications: messages, screenshots, server details or temporary access credentials you choose to share with us for installation help (credentials are used only for the agreed task and should be revoked by you afterwards).
- Enquiry/contact forms and newsletter sign-ups.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only the transaction ID, amount, status and masked payment details. We never store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, time and date, and download history — via server logs, cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6).
- To verify licenses, deliver updates/patches and activate add-ons, an installed panel periodically sends the Store technical information such as: the panel domain and server IP, license key/status, installed product and patch versions, add-on/feature status, update results and basic health information.
- We do not receive your end-customers' contacts, chat messages, media, templates, campaign content, API keys or database contents through this connection.
02 How We Use Your Information
- To process orders, issue invoices, deliver download links and manage your licenses and add-ons.
- To verify licenses, deliver updates and patches, and prevent unauthorized use or piracy of our products.
- To provide customer support and installation assistance.
- To send transactional emails/WhatsApp messages (order confirmation, invoice, update notices, security notices).
- To send product news or offers, only where you have consented; you can opt out at any time.
- To improve our website, products and services and to analyse traffic.
- To detect fraud, handle chargebacks/disputes, enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting laws).
03 Legal Basis
We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (orders, licenses, support); your consent (marketing, cookies where required); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, license enforcement, analytics); and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, tax, law-enforcement requests).
04 Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
- Payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions.
- Email/WhatsApp/SMS delivery providers to send order, invoice and support communications.
- Hosting, CDN and security providers (e.g. our web host and Cloudflare/Hostinger) that store or route our data.

- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, under the same protections.
All service providers are bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
05 International Transfers
Our servers are primarily located in India; some providers (e.g. email, CDN, analytics) may process data in other countries. Where this happens we rely on the provider's contractual and security safeguards.
06 Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies (login session, cart, security), analytics cookies (traffic measurement) and, where enabled, marketing cookies (ad measurement/retargeting). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent login or checkout. See our Cookies Policy for details.
07 Data Retention
- Order, invoice and license records: retained for as long as your license is active and thereafter as required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically 8 years).
- Account data: until you request deletion, subject to the legal retention above.
- Support conversations and any temporary server credentials: deleted or anonymised once the support case is closed; we recommend you revoke shared access yourself.
- Server logs and license heartbeats: typically retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostics.
08 Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption for all traffic, hashed passwords, access controls, firewalls and regular backups. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a data breach affecting you we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
